We have had some beautiful weather here lately (minus the last couple of pretty chilly days). Lucas has been a super fan because he is the happiest when he is outside. Poor guy had a long winter stuck inside. Here are some recent fun times we have been having!
Ben and I were lucky enough to get to spend an evening together. On May 1st, it was 10 years since we started dating back in college. To celebrate we went to Oxford for the night. It was nice to be back to campus, definitely different when you are old, married and pregnant. But it was still a really nice evening. We ended the night with a Toasted Roll (something Miami is known for) and headed home :) Special thanks to Ben's parent's for watching Lucas so we could have a nice evening.
Daddy and Lucas spend A LOT of time together outside. Whether it is going hiking at Keehner park or just outside digging in the dirt in our backyard, they always have a blast! If there is something that Lucas can get into a dig and get dirty, then boy is he happy!

This big guy has found a new love of slides. Before he was a little timid around them and really just liked walking up and down the steps. Now we can't keep our little daredevil off the slides. He loves them! I'm sure we will be spending quite a lot of time at the park this summer. Hopefully that will at least mean that Mommy can get a tan!
