Night Out!

This weekend we were able to get a night out.  Ben's parent's were kind enough to watch the boys.  We went to Dewey's Pizza where Ben's brother Tim was our server and then to The Growler House for a drink.  Katrina and I were celebrating our combined belated 31st Birthday.   It was a great night with good friends.

A nice break to get out of sweat pants and out of the house :)

Home with the boys

It has been 2 weeks since I have officially been home with the boys.  Here are some cute pictures :)

Uncle Philip got the boys a Cozy Coupe for Christmas.  Watch out roads for these cutie drivers.
Tropical Smoothie date! Lucas was stoked that he got his own "smoovie".
Just two brothers hanging out!
He's so good with tummy time.
Can't get enough of this face :)

Lucas now likes to try to ride his Lion King pillow.

Coffee Selfies!

Ben had the day off work for MLK day today so we took a family date to a coffee shop in Madiera called Coffee Please.  Lucas was so excited because we got him his own drink! (hot chocolate) What a treat!

Being 2016 and all of course we had to take a selfie, or as Lucas was calling it a "Coffee Selfie".  I sure do love this little guy and getting to spend such little moments with him that end up being great memories.
Family coffee selfie time :)  Stay warm everyone!!

3 Months of Adam

I can't believe 3 whole months have gone by!  Adam is growing up so fast!  He loves sitting in his Bumbo and laughing/smiling.  He even rolled over from his belly to his back already!! He is such a good baby!

I love the Lucas and Adam comparisons! So much fun.  You can definitely tell they are brothers :)

New Beginnings

We did it! Ever since Lucas was born, Ben and I have desperately wanted me to be able to stay at home.  Unfortunately it just wasn't the right move at the time for us.  Luckily we were able to have the next best thing though which was our awesome family helping out watching him.  When we were ready for baby #2 we really buckled down and got everything in order.  So by the time Adam was born we were ready! Friday was my last day of work.  I am still not really sure if it has sunk in yet.  I will miss the friends that I have made there over the past 8 years, but I am beyond excited to get to be with my boys everyday!

So to celebrate we went out to dinner.  Lucas of course picked his favorite thing to eat..... tacos.

The night wouldn't be complete without a silly sombrero :)

Mommy's celebration drink! Yummy!

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Winter  finally made it's way to Ohio and Lucas couldn't be happier.  The snow wasn't good enough make a snowman, but Ben was able to rig up the sled and pull Lucas around the yard.  He had a blast!!

Merry Christmas

We had such a good Christmas this year.  We were able to spend lots of time with friends and family.  Of course the boys (and me and Ben) got totally spoiled.  Lucas was loving everything related to Christmas.... the trees, the lights, singing Happy Birthday to Jesus.  It was so sweet.  He even remembers all the words to "Let it Snow", "Away in a Manger" and "Silent Night".  Adam slept through most of Christmas, but he sure looked cute doing it!
