21 Weeks

Oh I'm How far along? 21 weeks

Maternity clothes? Yes, I couldn't get out of it anymore.

Sleep: ehhhhh, I've given up.  I have been napping quite a bit lately though!

Best moment this week: Lucas was laying with me the other morning and got really excited because he could feel the baby :)

Miss Anything? Looking forward to cute summer clothes. 

Movement: Baby likes to move at night..... of course!

Food cravings: JUNK

Belly Button in or out? In!

Wedding rings on or off? On, when I remember to wear them

Happy or Moody most of the time: Hopefully happy ;)

Looking forward to:  Getting some things done pre-baby.  I have quite the list, but I'm gonna do it!!! 

On a side note.  We had our 20 week ultrasound last Friday and from everything they could see the baby looks great!  He/She is up to 11oz. They weren't able to see parts of the brain because of the way the baby was laying so they will rescan that area next month, but the doctor thinks everything is good!

Half Way There!!

Sleep: I feel like I have been getting more but for some reason I am so tired this week :(

Best moment this week: We had a great weekend with both sides of the family celebrating Easter.  The boys had a blast!

Miss Anything? Nothing in particular this week

Movement: yep! Getting to be more.

Food cravings: anything bad for me.

Wedding rings on or off? On, when I remember to wear them

Happy or Moody most of the time: I'd say it's been half and half.

Looking forward to:  Our ultrasound is Friday!!! Even though we aren't finding out what we are having this time it is always nice to get to see the baby! 

 

Easter Fun

As usual we had a jammed pack busy Easter weekend.  It sure was busy but the boys had a blast and as always love spending time with their family!

Easter Egg hunt #1 at Mr. and Mrs. Hagerdorns.  Both boys got to participate this year and had a ball find all their eggs :)

19 Weeks

I'm How far along? 19 weeks

Maternity clothes? Probably should be....

Sleep: Getting better.  Getting better.  Finally starting to feel better!

Best moment this week: Lots of outside time with the boys.  Lots of wagon and tricycle rides :)

Miss Anything? Nothing in particular this week

Movement: yep! Getting to be more.

Food cravings: ice cream!

Happy or Moody most of the time: Pretty good this week.  Until it comes to bedtime and the boys drive me slightly crazy for not going to sleep.

Looking forward to:  Easter weekend!  And lots of nice weather coming up!   It's supposed to be quite rainy, but at least it shouldn't be cold!

Eggs

We kicked off the week with dying Easter eggs!! I made sure to do it outside since it was so nice out and I figured I could avoid disasters this way.  The boys did a great job.  Adam did stick his whole hand in the blue dye but it has finally washed off :)

Madrid

And last, but not least.  Pictures from Madrid.  This is where my friend, Emily, has been staying with her great Aunt and Uncle since she's been in Spain.  Madrid was a super fun city with lots of history and really cool old buildings.  But it is also a growing city as it is the capital of Spain.

18 Weeks

Oh I'm How far along? 18 weeks

Maternity clothes? I should probably say yes, but not yet!

Sleep: Not good.  I have had a cough/cold for a whole week that just won't go away :(

Best moment this week: Warmer weather!

Miss Anything? Nothing that I can think of

Movement: Still just some sporadic moves.

Food cravings: Potatoes -- any kind will do!

Lucas' 4th Birthday!

I close my eyes for a second and my first baby has turned 4! I can't believe how fast time truly goes.  

Lucas has been so excited for his birthday (I guess he gets it from me hahaha) since at least December.  He has been requesting hamburgers for dinner once a week since then.  This year he went with a "train" theme.  Ben really helped out a ton and basically did the party for me since I was in Spain the week before his birthday party.

On his real birthday we were super lucky and had an awesome day! We got to end it with a trip to The Cone and a Chipotle picnic in the park!

Adam was pretty excited about the ice cream too :)

Mommy and Daddy got Lucas rain boots for his birthday.  I didn't get a picture with him wearing them, but his little brother sure can't wait till they are his hand me downs :)
