St. Louis for the Weekend

This year for Ben's birthday gift, the boys and I surprised him with a planned trip to St. Louis.  We left early Thursday (when all seemed pretty normal in the world - nothing was closed yet) and came back Sunday (when everything was closed!)  It was nice to have one last little get away before we are heading into uncertain times here.

Best picture of the Arch - from inside our car (because it was FREEZING) in the church parking lot.

Family Selfie with the Arch hahaha
First nights dinner - pizza!
We went to the zoo while we where there, which was free and lots of fun!  The boys loved their seal exhibit.
I took about 100 pictures, trying to wait for a seal to swim over and all three boys to look.  Well, this is the best that I got.

 Chimps!

They thought the big bug was great.

A chilly but fun day at the zoo!

One of our favorite vacation activities...... trying out the local donuts.  This was Pharaoh's Donuts downtown and they were AMAZING! Very simple and so good!

After breakfast, we were off to the City Museum.  This museum was so fun. You can pretty much climb and slide down everything!

 Silly Face!

 Time for climbing!
 Spinning chairs :)

 Tractors!!

Somebody was having too much fun and fell asleep during lunch :)

Man, there were some TIGHT places to fit through.

Silly boys!

Next favorite activity - local ice cream!
 We found LUCAS AVE!
Ahhhh the new things they have in hotel rooms...... telephones.  Caleb made tons of calls..... mostly to his Aunt Cathy :)

Ok - thanks for sticking with us! We are officially all caught up!
