11 months

Happy 11 months to our outrageous, adventurous, climbing, into EVERYTHING, back to not sleeping, almost 5 toothed, handsome little guy! I can't believe in less than 1 month he will be 1 years old.  He won't be my baby soon as he enters into full blown toddler life :)  :(

10 Months

Well, we've made it to double digits, which means 1 year is just around the corner.  I can't believe it!  Time sure does go by quickly.  I was sure that with being able to stay at home this time it would seem a little slower, but that definitely is not the case.  But here he is in all his 10 month glory!  Last month we weaned him from overnight feedings hoping that he would sleep better.  This seemed to work great for about a week and then since then the sleeping has just got not so great again.  I still won't feed him until around 7AM because I don't want to revert backward.  He is going about 6 hour stretches now, so I guess that's nicer than the 3.......  He has been walking for a month and half now which means he almost running! HAHAHA.  He doesn't like shoes and is a master at getting them off :)  Him and Lucas are turning into best friends and nothing makes me happier than this!

9 months

Happy 9 months to this little (or not-so-little) guy! He has 3 teeth, loves all of the food we have given him, is such a happy guy (except at night time since he won't sleep through the night still), and is WALKING! About a week before he turned 9 months he started walking.  He is moving all of the place.  This weekend Ben and I are trying to "sleep train" this little guy to stop nursing overnight in hopes to get his sleeping better.  Hopefully this works :)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this smile :)

Welcome to the World, Adam!

So here we were again.  Over due with thoughts of a big baby.  The doctors didn't want me to go any further and I was slowly starting to lose my sanity, so we scheduled my induction for Thursday 10/15 in the morning.  We had to be there at 7AM.  My mom was nice enough to come down to our house that morning and stay with Lucas until she got the word that the baby was born.

I know a lot of people say getting induced is terrible and a painful experience, but I must say, I have had 2 really smooth deliveries! This one was great.  They actually started at around 8:30AM, then I got my epidural at 10:30AM, took a nap, woke up and was ready to go! 2 pushes later at 1:32PM we had our beautifully large (and still nameless) baby boy!!   He was 9lbs 13oz (I was not expecting him to be THAT big - but hey - he's healthy and that's all that matters!) and 21 inches long.

Please meet Adam Thomas Hale :)

Here he is for the first time with daddy

Big brother Lucas got to be the first visitor.  He is still getting used to Adam, but I think they are going to be best buds.  I love seeing the two of them together already.

By Friday night we were headed home!  Let the real fun begin............

This Mommy is Still Outnumbered!

It was a big week for us as far as baby news goes! Baby Hale #2 is a BOY!  We are so excited.  Once the baby is old enough him and Lucas will share Lucas' room.  I am guessing this will either being really awesome or a lot of trouble for this mommy!

To tell everyone I made scratch off lottery tickets :)  I think people had a good time finding out the news!

How far along? 19 weeks
Total weight gain: 5lbs
Maternity clothes? For sure.  Just bought a maternity bathing suit for vacation.
Stretch marks? Not yet.
Sleep: Still pretty sleepy.
Best moment this week:  Seeing our little boy for the first time!
Miss Anything?  Nothing in particular this week.
Movement: Starting to pick up the movement.  It seems to be mostly when I am sitting still that I notice.
Food cravings: Sweet Stuff for the most part.  I sure do love some Nuetella!
Have you started to show yet: No going back now!
Belly Button in or out? in, hopefully forever
Wedding rings on or off? on
Happy or Moody most of the time: happy :)
Looking forward to:  Thinking about all things baby boy!
