4 Months!

Last week our little guy turned 4 months!  He is growing up so fast.  I'm not really sure how much he ways yet (doctor appointment is next month) but he sure feels heavy :)  He is such a happy baby! Over the past month he has really started engaging with with people.  He also has been very interested in our cat Maya.  

He has found his toes! He loves grabbing on to them and tries to eat them of course ;)

Happy 4 months sweet boy! We can't believe how fast you are growing up! I know your brother is super excited the bigger you get the more you get to play with him :)

Do You Wanna Build A Snowman?!

SNOW TIME!! On Sunday we got hit with a good amount of snow.  Luckily Ben had Monday off for President's Day so he was able to take Lucas out in the snow while I stayed inside with Adam.

Here's our street Sunday after the plow had gone through once.  

Lucas had never built a snowman, so it was time!! Of course it couldn't be a small one.

Final product.  Lucas creatively named him "Frosty".

Such a fun afternoon outside with daddy.  He sure took a good nap that day!!

Valentine's Day Fun

The boys made some cute Valentine's this year for the family. Adam got to get paint all over his feet and Lucas had some fun with stickers!! 

Lucas is really into stickers right now so he had so much fun! 

Of course the holiday wouldn't be complete without a cute photo shoot of the boys. Don't they look so sweet in their bow ties?!

We hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day. We got quite a bit of snow here so we hope everyone was able to stay safe and warm!! 

Tour de Louisville

Friday we spent the day in Louisville with some of the Hale family. It was so nice to see them all :)

Lucas LOVED the green tomato bisque soup he had for lunch when visiting Gram and Gramps!

The boys with Gram and Gramps :) We are so happy they are in Louisville now and the boys get to see them often! 

Next we headed over to Aunt Deb and Uncle Jim's.  It was nice to see Uncle Jim doing so well after his surgery.  Lucas loved looking out their window since their backyard is the Ohio River.  He ever got to see a barge come through and got to use the binoculars :)

We sure had a busy day, but we all had fun.

Snow Time!

Well we finally got a good snow here! Ben surprised Lucas and came home from work early to play in the snow and go sledding with him :) 

Someone realized they were at the park! Play gym, here I come! 

Such a fun time for our little guy. Then he got to come home and have some hot chocolate!

We love Visitors!

We have had some visitors this week :) This is a win for everyone! I get to talk to grownups, the boys get to play with new people and sometimes they even watch the boys and I get some chores done!! (Is it sad that getting chores done is exciting????)

 

Grandma and Great Grandma came down to take us to lunch! Grandma and Lucas were matching for the day.

Auntie K came over too.  And you guessed it, this lucky duck got to go the park while Mommy and Adam went to the grocery store!

 

He sure does love his Auntie K :)
